William T. Hansen

William T Hansen, 72 of Washington, died peacefully on March 9, 2022 in Bridgewater. Born in New Brunswick to the late Thomas and Claire Hansen (nee Coleman) he was a graduate of Edison High School class of 1967. William was a lifelong resident of New Jersey before most recently settling to Washington. He had a passion for photography, taking pictures with his camera and developing prints. He had a love of the outdoors, bicycling and most recently enjoyed gardening and planting in the woods, which took dedication and served his life philosophy. William also had a dedication to help serve his community and friends that was ongoing throughout his life. From counseling at Crawford House, to Customer Service at Shoprite in Branchburg for 20 years. William spent endless hours speaking and guiding others to a life of recovery and wellness. He was instrumental in so many lives that he will be remember for many years to come. Surviving are his daughter Nate' Hansen, his cherished granddaughter Markella Bishop, and his dear friend Jane Kramer, as well as his extended family and friends.
