Veronica M. Passariello entered into eternal rest on ­­August 17, 2013. Born February 11, 1924 in Raritan NJ, she was the daughter of Joseph and Annie (Hambor) Ludvik, and has been a resident of Bridgewater Township her entire life.

Veronica was a member of the International Ladies’ Garment Workers’ Union (ILGWU) and had been employed as a Seamstress for the Giddings Clothing Factory in Raritan.

Veronica was a dedicated wife, mother and homemaker. She above all loved and cherished her family. She was happiest spending time with her children, grandchildren and family friends and graced the lives of those around her with her warmth and hospitality. Veronica and her late husband Amerigo were faithful communicants of Immaculate Conception Church in Somerville.

She is survived by her son Lawrence of Somerville, her daughter and husband, Carol and Frank Mea of Berkeley Heights and grandchildren Ann Marie and Frank Jr.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11am on Tuesday, August 20, at the Immaculate Conception Church, Somerville. Interment to follow at Holy Redeemer Cemetery, South Plainfield. Visitation from 9:30am to 10:30am also on Tuesday morning before Mass at the Cusick Funeral Home, Somerville.
