Peter Gabrielle "Pete" Magsalin, 35, passed away August 21,2026 surrounded by the love of his family.

Pete was born on September 25, 1990, in the Philippines, and later moved with his family to Bridgewater, New Jersey. He was a graduate of Bridgewater Raritan Regional High School, Class of 2009.

In 2013 Pete moved to Philadelphia to explore a new city and begin his independent life as a young adult. He felt deeply connected to the city and appreciated the artistic atmosphere and exciting energy that comes with living there. Pete was an artistic and creative person who expressed himself through drawing and music. He loved playing guitar and had a natural appreciation for art, creativity, and the world around him.

Pete was a very social person who made friends easily. He enjoyed spending time with his friends sharing good times and making memories. He had a generous spirit and simply enjoyed being surrounded by the people he cared about. Those who knew him will remember his outgoing personality, his creativity, and the friendships he formed throughout his life. His presence touched the lives of many, and the memories he created with his family and friends will remain with them always.

He is survived by his loving parents, Pedro and Maria Magsalin, his brother, Peter Julian Magsalin, and many extended family members and cherished friends.

He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Hector Romasanta and Pedro Magsalin III.
