Patricia "Pat" A. Ryan died May 25 in E. Windsor. Miss Ryan was born in Bound Brook and resided in Somerville and Pluckemin before moving to Monroe Township (Rossmoor) in 2009. She began her career as a Licensed Real Estate Broker with Max Spann Real Estate in Bedminster, where she served as President and eventually opened her own business, Patricia Ryan & Associates in Pluckemin. After a brief retirement, Pat went back to work with Turpin Realtors in Far Hills. She was a former President of Somerset County Board of Realtors on three separate occasions and was voted a New Jersey Realtor of the Year as well as Somerset County Chamber of Commerce's "Woman of the Year".

As a member of the Immaculate Conception Church in Somerville, she devoted much time and energy towards Immaculata High School campaigns, Catholic Charities and more recently The Center for Great Expectations as a founding board member. Miss Ryan was one of the Founders of the Somerset County 200 Club.

Her siblings Thomas, William, Frank Ryan and Sister Mary Incarnata predeceased her. Surviving are her sisters Rita Aitken and Kathleen Ryan, sister-in-law Margaret Ryan and many nieces and nephews. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10am on Friday, May 29, at the Immaculate Conception Church, Somerville. Interment to follow at church cemetery.

Visiting hours from 2-4pm and 7-9pm on Thursday, May 28, at the Cusick Funeral Home, Somerville.
