Patricia Margaret Perkins (nee Doyle), aged 81 of Somerville, New Jersey, passed away surrounded by loved ones on Wednesday, September 20, 2017.

Patricia was the beloved companion of Frank Verano for 17 years; cherished former wife of the late George Robert Perkins; devoted mother of George R. Perkins (Amy) of Asbury, NJ, Kathleen Verano (Joseph) of Custer, WA, Margaret Lusardi (Lawrence) of Blanchard, ME, and Jacqueline Chin (Steven) of Sewell, NJ; loving grandmother of 13 and great-grandmother of one; and dear sister of Mary Sarte (Kenneth), Katherine Doyle, and James Doyle.
She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Born in New Brunswick, NJ, on July 5, 1936, Patricia went on to graduate from Mount Saint Mary Academy in Watchung, NJ and attend Immaculata University in Malvern, PA. She enjoyed raising her four children and later had a successful career at AT&T, where she retired as a director. She also found time to volunteer at many organizations throughout her life. She was an avid reader, a great cook, and loved to travel.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Mass of Christian Burial which will be celebrated at 10 am on Friday, September 29, at the Church of the Immaculate Conception in Somerville, NJ.
