​Myriam M. Rodriguez, 93, died peacefully at her son’s home, in Somerville on September 19. Mrs. Rodriguez was born in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico and resided in Brooklyn, NY for most of her life. She was a loving homemaker and cared for her family, extended family and friends for her entire life. Myriam was active for many years in her church community and looked forward to taking annual trips with her family. Her greatest joy in life were her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and Nabila.

Myriam is predeceased by her husband Ernesto and her grandson Joseph. Surviving are her sons Joseph (Deborah), Ildefonso (Maxine), and her daughter Ivette (Paul). Her grandchildren Aida (John), Michael (Matt), and her great grandchildren Dylan, Eliza, Ryan and James. Her best friend and honorary granddaughter Nabila.

​Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday, September 22, from 9am-10:30am at the Cusick Funeral Home, 80 Mountain Ave., Somerville, NJ 08876 908-725-4100. Followed by a Graveside Prayer at 12:45pm at St. Raymond Cemetery, Bronx, NY.
