Michael Meizanis, 49, of Somerville passed away Monday, May 11, 2015 at Robert Wood Johnson Somerset. He was born and raised in Somerville before moving to Flemington with his then wife Mindy to start a family. He also worked at Petrocks in Hillsborough for close to 20 years. His love for skiing was slightly overshadowed by his love of the Jets. What he loved most was having fun with his family and friends all of whom will miss him dearly.

Mike is survived by his son, Christopher who he loved with his whole heart and his parents: Jim & Terry Meizanis, his brother Steven with wife Tonya, and his sister Theresa with husband Pete. Also surviving are his Goddaughter Lyrisa, and nephews Ryan, Kevin and PJ.

Visitation hours will be on Thursday, May 14th from 2-4pm and 7-9pm at the Cusick Funeral Home, Somerville. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Immaculate Conception Church, Somerville at 9:30am on Friday, May 15th. Interment to follow at St. Bernard Cemetery, Bridgewater.
