Mary was born and raised in Somerville. Attended Somerville schools and was very active in the school system. She worked for NJ Bell and also went to Nursing School and fulfilled 10 years of service with the Bravo Corps "EMS". Mary was active in the Immaculate Conception Church in Somerville and frequently traveled abroad with the church groups.She enjoyed travelling, going out to the theater with friends, the trailer and the beach. She was married to the late Harold Banks for many years. Surviving are her children Diane, Carol and David as well as 8 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. Visiting hours from 6pm-9pm on Thursday, January 25, at the Cusick Funeral Home, Somerville. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10am on Friday, January 26, at the Immaculate Conception Church, Somerville.
