Marie J. Grote of Melbourne, Florida died October 22. Mrs. Grote was born in Somerville, resided in Nehanic Station, before moving to Florida almost 20 years ago. She retired as a clerk from the Somerset County Board of Social Services in Somerville. Surviving are her husband Jerry, her daughters Lorraine Derhammer and Linda Weaver, her grandchildren Kathleen, Halle and Ethan, her siblings Carol Williams, Joan Riccadonna, Joseph and Thomas Kropewnicki. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 9am on Friday, October 28 at Sacred Heart Church, Manville. Interment to follow at Sacred Heart Cemetery. Visiting hours from 6pm to 9pm on Thursday, October 27 at the Cusick Funeral Home, Somerville.
