Cookie passed away peacefully on November 30, 2013. She was a loving, caring and giving woman and was loved by all who knew her.

Born in Jersey City, she lived all her adult life in Somerville. Surviving are her husband John of 49 yrs., four children Scott, Dave, Deanna and Matt and four loving grandkids.

Visiting hours will be held at the Cusick Funeral Home in Somerville on Thursday December 5 beginning at 4pm and concluding with a celebration of her life at 6:30pm.

In lieu of flowers , we would like poinsettias to keep in her memory through the holidays...
