Lillian "Cissy" Cuza

Lillian Fay Cuza, nee Mayor, “Cissy”, 63, died suddenly on October 9th, 2022.

Born in Somerville and raised in Bound Brook, she went on to work for PSE&G in Cranford. In her career with the company, she worked in many roles but focused on customer service operations. She recently retired and settled out to Pennsylvania.

Cissy was devoted to her family, especially her children and grandchildren. She always put everyone else first and assured they were taken care of and welcomed into her home. The quality time spent with her family will be cherished for generations. Cissy loved her animals, just as she loved her own children. She was a bright spirit that was known for having a huge heart and a strong soul. She would fight for your best to the very end, to know Cissy was to love her; and she will be missed by all who were blessed to have her in their lives.

She was welcomed into heaven by her dear mother Fay Rick, her beloved husband Tony Cuza, her beloved son Brian Dixon, and over the rainbow bridge her cherished dog and cat, Dallas and Kit.

Surviving are her loving children, Barbara Dixon, Toni Acosta and husband Anthony, Kelly Cuza, and David Cuza and spouse Maryam, her adored grandchildren Adrianna, Kylie, Brianna, and Kaylani, her dear siblings Karen Mohring and husband Richard and Richard Mayor and wife Susan, as well as extended family and friends.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 29, 2022, from 1:00 to 5:00PM at Cusick Funeral Home, 80 Mountain Avenue, Somerville. A prayer service will be held at the end of the visitation hours at 5:00PM.

Inurnment will take place at 11:00AM on Tuesday, November 1, 2022 at Franklin Memorial Park, 1800 NJ-27, North Brunswick Township, NJ 08902
