Lambert "Bert" Schneider died Sunday, August 9, 2015. Bert was born and raised in Somerville and resided in Raritan before moving to Bridgewater in 1982. He was employed for Importico Disposal, Middlesex, as their diesel shop supervisor for over 20 years. Bert also owned and operated Truck Doctor in Bridgewater for 25 years. When he had free time in between two jobs and raising a family, Bert just loved to fish and fish and fish.

Surviving are his devoted wife Pat, his sons Bert, his wife Anna and Nick, his wife Melissa, 2 grandsons Brayden and Logan and his brother Fred, his wife Trish.

Visiting hours from 5pm-9pm on Wednesday, August 12, at the Cusick Funeral Home, Somerville. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10am on Thursday, August 13, at St. Ann's Church, Raritan.
