Kiley DePaul Jones was born on October 17, 1978 in Somerville the third bright light of Kay Jean and Ricky Jones. He became a devoted and loving father, son, brother, nephew, uncle, cousin, and friend( to many). The man with the golden smile was called to his eternal home on September 23, 2019. Growing up Kiley forged many unforgettable life-long friendships. He excelled on the football field and assisted with bringing a State Championship to Somerville High School. He graduated from Somerville High School in 1997.

Kiley was known for his infectious smile, witty sense of humor and thoughtful demeanor. He truly embodied the definition of being nonjudgmental and had countless friends from all walks of life. They all knew that if they had an issue that Kiley would be there for them. Kiley had a love for all things nature and animal related. He loved to fish, was an avid dog, reptile and fish owner. He had a green thumb and loved nurturing his various plants. He enjoyed traveling, with Key West, FL being one of his favorite destinations. Kiley was a self-taught master chef. Whether he was whipping up a cake at 3 am, searing a tender roast beef, or baking his favorite chocolate chip cookies. Kiley loved to eat and you knew that when Kiley was around, you were going to eat too!

Kiley married Carrie Szymanski in 2012 and to that union two sons Anthony (10) and Drake (8) were born. He was a phenomenal father and his two boys were his pride and joy. Kiley valued his family and his undeniable bond with his childhood friends.

On September 23rd, 2019 Kiley transitioned to his forever home to meet those who have gone before him. Kiley leaves behind his best friend and confidant, his loving mother; Kay Jean Fields, step-father; Maurice Fields, ex-wife; Carrie Jones, two children; Anthony and Drake Jones, brothers; Brandon and Ricco Jones, sisters; Rashawna Brown, Shakeerah Walker, Amber Wallace and Latoyta Fields, two grandmothers; Frances Saunders and Catherine Jones, God parents; James and Donna Walker, nieces; Jasmine Jones and Anika Jeffries, best friend; Justin Kalafer and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, God children and life-long friends.

Although Kiley is no longer physically here, the positive impact that he has left will be felt forever.
