Kenwin Nancoo, 50, of Belmar, NJ, originally of Port of Spain, Trinidad, entered into eternal rest February 28. He held various degrees from Fatima College, Trinidad; West Chester College and Rutgers University.

As a renowned clinician, Kenwin built enduring relationships with his clients and their families; he made interpersonal connections with those who needed him most.

Kenwin also founded The Edge Field Hockey Club in 2003 and was recognized internationally for his expertly trained and well-prepared field hockey teams.

Kenwin’s unparalleled generosity and success in helping others achieve their maximum potential can be attributed to his daily acts of selflessness and unwavering loyalty. Survivors include brothers Keston, Kelvin and Anthony and sisters Wendy and Allison.

Visiting hours are 2pm to 4pm, 7pm to 9pm on Wednesday, March 2, at Cusick Funeral Home, Somerville.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 9:30am on Thursday, March 3 at Immaculate Conception Church, Somerville. Burial will follow at St. Bernard Cemetery, Bridgewater.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Kenwin’s memory may be made to the Asperger Syndrome Education Network (ASPEN), an organization dedicated to providing education, support, and advocacy to individuals and families affected by Autism Spectrum Disorder, a cause that Kenwin devoted much time and energy.
