Karen Mary Grasso

Karen Mary Grasso, née Mundy, formerly Orvos, a beloved wife and devoted mother, passed away peacefully on October 13, 2025, at the age of 81. She is survived by her husband of many years, Joe Grasso; her three cherished children, Joseph, John, and Kristine; 10 grandchildren; four stepchildren; and nine step-grandchildren, all of whom she loved dearly.

Karen was not only a devoted mother and grandmother, but also the steady foundation of her family—protecting, nurturing, and uniting them with unwavering love. She was the heart of the family, keeping everyone close and showering them with boundless affection.

Living in New Jersey, North Carolina, and Pennsylvania, Karen built lasting friendships and was involved with the Catholic Church. She had a remarkable gift for conversation, and her warmth and kindness touched all who crossed her path. She will be deeply missed by her family and by all who were fortunate enough to know her gentle spirit. Born in Somerville, NJ, she lived with strength and grace, creating a beautiful legacy filled with love.

The Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, November 26, at 1:00 p.m. at St. Ann’s Church, Raritan, New Jersey.
