Jeffrey Richard Fischer

On Wednesday, June 19, 2019, Jeffrey Richard Fischer, loving husband and father of two children, passed away at the age of 63. His passing was peaceful and dignified. He was a man of quiet dignity, known for his quick wit, who took joy in other people’s happiness, and always kept his word.

Jeff was born on July 26, 1955 in Salina, Kansas. He was a graduate of Immaculata High School, Somerville, NJ and King’s College, Wilkes Barre, PA.

Jeff was preceded in death by his father, Richard and his mother, Joan. He is survived by his wife Carol of 35 years, his children, Colin (CJ), and Corey (Brianna), his sister Cindy, his brother Brian, and nephews Michael and Steve. Jeff was employed by Huston Lumber and Supply Co. of North Plainfield and Oldwick, NJ. He had a passion for reading and possessed a wealth of knowledge. He loved to birdwatch and was an avid music and sports fan.

Private services were held at the Cusick Funeral Home, Somerville, NJ.
