Jason R. Perhach Sr. died October 15 at Somerset Medical Center. Jason was born in Somerville and resided in Middlesex for most of his young life. He was an Iron Worker belonging to Local #11 Nothern District Council of Iron Workers, Newark for 10 years.

Surviving are his beloved family; his wife Holly M. Perhach, his sons Jason R. Jr. and Trent Tyler, his parents Richard and Kathleen (DeSantis) Perhach and his siblings Kurt Perhach and Krystyn Kaufman.

Visitation on Friday, October 18, from 2-4pm & 7-9pm at the Cusick Funeral Home, Somerville. A Celebration of Life will be held 10:30am on Saturday, October 19, at the Christ United Methodist Church, 485 Hoes La., Piscataway.
