Jane Buhl, age 80, of Murrells Inlet, SC, passed away at her home on Friday, March 17, 2017, after a long illness.

Jane was born in Rahway, NJ, and lived in Bridgewater and Branchburg, NJ, prior to moving to Murrells Inlet. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert F. Buhl, and parents, John A. and Veronica O’Connor. Jane is survived by her children, Debbie Buhl (Donna Collins) of Jackson, NJ, Robert Buhl (Ann) of Henrico, VA, Patricia Guinan (Thomas) of Glen Allen, VA, and Kathy Buhl (Jim Dawson) of Murrells Inlet, SC; grandchildren Joseph Fridley (Erin) and Elizabeth Buhl; siblings Katherine Valanzano (Anthony), John P. O’Connor (Mary Grace), Susan Botti, and Paul O’Connor; numerous nieces and nephews; and her beloved dog, Holly.

A Funeral Service will be held at 12:00 noon on Thursday, March 23, 2017, at Cusick Funeral Home, 80 Mountain Avenue, Somerville. The family will receive friends two hours prior at 10:00 am. Interment will follow after the service at St. Bernard Cemetery.
