James Victor Viola died January 10 at Robert Wood Johnson at Somerset in Somerville. Mr. Viola was born and grew up in Raritan and moved back in 2014 after having residences in Wakefield, MI and Wayland, NY. He owned and operated James V. Viola Plumbing and Heating for many years and served as a WW II Veteran of the US Navy.

​Surviving are his sons Marc and Gary Viola his daughters Claudia Yacka and Andrea Viola and siblings Maryanne, Walter and Pete Viola. Funeral Service was held on Friday, January 13, at Somerset Hills Memorial Park Chapel in Basking Ridge.
