Irene Sicora, wife, mother and sister of the late John, John M. Sicora and Michael Chervassi, died March 23 at home. Mrs. Sincora was born in Raritan and resided in Somerville since 1946. she was employed as a reporting clerk for 15 years at the Somerset County Library in Bridgewater.

Irene was a former member of the Somerville Elks Auxiliary and enjoyed cooking, reading and dancing. Surviving are her children Eloise Sicora and Robert Sicora (wife Mila), grandchildren Sean and Andrea and great grandsons Darian and Brayden.

Visiting hours on Wednesday from 2-4pm and 6-8pm at the Cusick Funeral Home, Somerville. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated 9:30am on Thursday, March 26, at the Immaculate Conception Church, Somerville. Interment St. Bernard Cemetery, Bridgewater.
