Gloria (Nardozzi) Mantella, beloved wife of 68 years to the late Joseph Mantella, died December 27 at home with her son Joseph by her side.

Mrs. Mantella was born in Somerville, resided in Bound Brook, and has lived in Somerville for many of her 91 years. She was a member of the Immaculate Conception Church in Somerville. She enjoyed cooking with her husband and had a beautiful collection of snowmen which she displayed throughout her home at Christmastime.

Surviving are her devoted son and daughter Joseph Mantella and Grace Tucciarone and 2 grandchildren.Mrs. Mantella was predeceased by her parents Donato and Rosina Nardozzi.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 9:30am on Thursday, January 3, at the Immaculate Conception Church, Somerville. Entombment to follow at St. Bernard Mausoleum, Bridgewater. Visiting hours from 2-4 & 7-9pm on Wednesday, January 2, at the Cusick Funeral Home, Somerville.
