Fred E. Soriano

Age 69 Formerly of Somerville

Fred E. Soriano, 69, was born on April 13, 1941 in Plainfield and passed away quietly on November 27. Fred was a 1959 graduate of Somerville High School and was active in all their music programs. He was a former organist for the Immaculate Conception Church in Somerville. Mr. Soriano attended St. Bonaventure University (Olean, NY) and Rutgers University (New Brunswick) where he continued to be active in music programs. Fred was preceded in death by his parents, Dolores and Edward Soriano and a brother Andrew. Surviving are 2 sisters, Dee Soriano Edmonson of TX. and Jennifer Soriano McGill (Hugh) of PA. and a sister-in-law Susan of WI.,11 nieces and nephews, 2 grand nieces and 2 grand nephews. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11:30am on Friday, December 3 at the Immaculate Conception Church, Somerville. Interment to follow at church cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Fred's memory to Somerville High School Music Department.
