Frances S. Skillman died January 13 at Emeritus of Hillsborough. Mrs. Skillman was born in Hillsborough and was a life long resident. She was a clerk for the Somerset County Board of Elections for many years, a 4H Leader, a graduate of Drakes Business School and a long time member of St. John's Episcopal Church in Somerville. Surviving are her husband of 60 years, George Skillman, her sons Thomas Charles and Scott Gurd Skillman and a daughter Kelly Jane Dallessio and 8 grandchildren Donald, Michele, Brian, Emily Grace, Anna Kate, Samantha, Shelby and Nicolette. A Funeral Service will be held 10am on Saturday, January 19, at the Cusick Funeral Home, Somerville. Interment to follow at Neshanic Cemetery. Visiting hours from 4pm to 8pm on Friday, January 18 at the funeral home.
