Eleanor (DeLorenzo) Greif, five days shy of her 100th birthday, died March 31. Mrs. Greif was the wife, mother and sister of the late Adrian Greif, Adrianne Graycar Wood and Catherine Grimm. She was born in Raritan and had lived in Somerville most of her life. A graduate of St. Peter's Nursing School, New Brunswick, Mrs.Greif was employed there early in her career and then some time as a private duty nurse. She was a member of the Immaculate Conception Church in Somerville.

A loving mother to her surviving sons Edward A.Greif, his wife Cindy of Hillsborough and Peter Greif of No. Plainfield and a devoted grandmother to Michel, Bethann, Kathrin and Alyssa.

Visiting hours from 2-4pm and 7-9pm on Monday, April 6, at the Cusick Funeral Home, Somerville. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 9:30am on Tuesday, April 7, at the Immaculate Conception Church, Somerville. Interment to follow at the New Cemetery, Somerville.
