Dorothy Franconeri, wife of the late Alfred Franconeri, died September 16 at Somerset Medical Center. Mrs. Franconeri was born in Brooklyn, NY and resided there most of her life before moving to Bridgewater seven years ago. She enjoyed her time in Bridgewater having belonged to the Bridgewater & Raritan Senior Citizens Center and both knitting clubs there. Surviving are her daughters Penny Caputo (son-in-law, Ron Esposito) and Angela Garippa (son-in-law, Al Harris); her granddaughters Christine Andolsek (husband,Keegan), Valerie Cirillo (husband, Anthony) and Maria Garippa and great grandchildren Taylor, and Nicholas. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 9:30am on Tuesday, September 20 at the Immaculate Conception Church, 35 Mountain Ave., Somerville. Interment to follow at St. Charles Cemetery, Farmingdale, NY. Visiting hours from 2-4pm and 7-9pm on Monday, September 19
