Carole Ann Anderson died December 13, 2014 at Chandler Hall Hospice Pavillon, Newtown, PA. "Miss Carole", as she was affectionately called, was born and grew up in Plainfield and later resided in Edison and also Piscataway, before moving to Whiting. She was employed as a bartender in the food and beverage industry for 40+ years. First at Ramada Inn, Edison and then Charlie Brown's in Metuchen. ‎Surviving are her daughter and son-in-law Dawn and John Swita.
