Anna "Greta" Denesevich

Anna M. "Greta" Denesevich, wife of the late Fred Denesevich who died in 1997, died June 19 at home. She was born in Kasko, Finland, came to the United States in 1940 and resided Long Island, NY and then Somerville before moving to Bridgewater in 1965.

A 1946 graduate of North Babylon HS, second in her class, Mrs. Denesevich went onto Paine Hall School, Manhattan, NY, and earned her certification as an X-Ray Technician. Her career in Radiology began at Muhlenberg Hospital, Plainfield and then private practice offices in Somerville before a 30 year employment with Stephen Schneider & Edward Krisloff, MD Private Practice in Bound Brook retiring there at the age of 85.

Surviving are her son Mark, his wife Barbara Mellon Denesevich and her daughter Karen M. Bryant, her husband Robert L., her grandson Justin Robert and a sister Karin.

Visiting hours from 5pm-8pm on Tuesday, June 23, at the Cusick Funeral Home, Somerville. A Funeral Service will be held11:30am on Wednesday, June 24, at Somerset Hills Memorial Park Mausoleum Chapel, 95 Mt. Airy Rd., Basking Ridge,NJ.with an Entombment to follow there.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in "Greta's" name to American Cancer Society or the Somerset Hills Visiting Nurses Hospice Program.
